If you like this kind of plants and are asking yourself how you can take care of geranium plants, the good news is that they are very easy to take care of.
Geranium is a wide-spread and well-known plant among amateurs of indoor plants. They are resistant, showy and the only thing you have to do to take care of them, is to water them well. Geraniums can stay on the drier part of the house and still survive but they also love full hot sun. They like a lot of water in the heat of the sun. Usually geraniums are blooming all summer long. Every couple of months you have to cut out the dead flowers so that the geranium can continue blooming.

Geraniums will always be the queens of your flower arrangements. In order to keep your geraniums always blooming it is important to position the pot in a place where it gets a lot of light. The plant needs at least 6 hours of light per day. Their blooming is maximum when they are placed on the southern side of the house. If the plant has a lot of light, then the colour of the flowers is more intense. Another essential requirement for ever-blooming geranium plants is keeping the soil moist (neither wet nor dry). Excessive moisture can cause plant disease.

You must be careful not to water the plant on the leaves, because leaves touched by water become black, the plant gets sick and then dies. Geranium plants love to live outdoors in the summer. Take the flower on the balcony or in the garden. You can also plant geraniums in the garden. If you put the plant in the soil, it could be affected for a short period of time (some leaves can fall) but once it is accommodated, it will wonderfully bloom. In the garden it blooms better and the bush grows and becomes very rich. You can keep the plant out until the first frost. Geraniums do not withstand temperatures below 2 degrees. Under this temperature, geranium plants (that were directly in the soil) need to be put back into the pot, cut and gradually inserted into the house.
